Yes. Barrier’s Pest Protection Program guarantees your satisfaction between your regular scheduled service calls. If you need additional service between your regular scheduled services, Barrier will return and retreat your home at no additional charge. If, after repeated attempts, Barrier is unable to solve your pest problem, we will refund your most recent payment to you.

Bugs are tenacious, and are constantly looking for routes into your home. A regular service is necessary to get rid of annoying pests and keep them out of your home. A regular service is also necessary to break the pest development cycle. Insect eggs are resistant to the materials we use to control pests. So a “one-time” service will only control the adult population. Soon, the eggs will hatch and you’ll be back to square one. A regular service agreement will provide you with year-round protection from unwanted pests. A regular service is also necessary due to the relatively short residual of the products available to professionals. Barrier Pest Control only uses products that have been registered with the Environmental Protection Agency. These products “break down” and lose their effectiveness after a short time (usually 60 to 90 days.) Therefore, having regular quarterly service is the only way we can provide a guarantee. Every quarter (once a season) we will come back and renew the Barrier around your home. By doing this, we will protect your home and family from the annoying pests that are constantly trying to get inside. Getting rid of pests is similar to weeding a garden—without regular maintenance the problem will keep returning.

Yes. Most of our customers keep our service longer than just one year. Our main goal is to satisfy you as a customer. Barrier Pest Control has found that the best way to provide you with the quality of service you deserve is to service your home year-round on a quarterly basis (every 3 months.) We will work hard to earn your business. We will invest a significant amount of time and money to satisfy you as a customer and keep your home pest free. In return, we simply ask that you allow us to service your home for at least 12 months. Once you see the quality and effectiveness of our service, we are confident you will want to stay with us for many years to come.

No. Barrier Pest Control provides the best pest-control service available, and we strive to provide you with a pest-free environment. However, pests can enter your home in numerous ways: luggage, grocery bags, on pets, on clothes, through the air, etc. Pests are constantly looking for ways into your home, and sometimes they may “sneak” in.

We will customize our service to fit your wants and needs. Many of our customers prefer that we only treat the exterior of their home each service. Some customers want both interior and exterior done each service. Once we have your interior pests under control, a quarterly exterior service should be sufficient to keep the bugs out. If interior service is ever needed, we will happily provide that for you at no additional cost.

Barrier Pest Control will remove those unsightly nests each visit! We have extension poles that will reach most 2-story eaves. We are also equipped to remove ground-nesting yellow-jacket nests too.

Yes. Each visit, Barrier will sweep the webs from your eaves and overhangs. After a few regular visits, you will notice a large decrease in the amount of webbing around the home.

Yes. The best method for treating rodent problems is exclusion. Mice can fit into a hole the size of a dime, and rats can fit into a hole the size of a quarter. Caulking and steel wool are great tools for sealing holes and cracks. After you have sealed any entry points, we can implement a variety of products that will eliminate rodents. We commonly use snap traps, glue boards, and rodent baiting programs.

No. If these pests come in contact with our product, they will die. However, because they can fly in from your neighbor’s property, they are difficult to control. The best method for controlling mosquitoes is to remove all standing water from around your home. To reduce flies, pick up lawn clippings and pet droppings. Also, keep a lid on your trash can, and make sure it is emptied frequently.

We always appreciate referrals and will reward you with half off your next regular service.
